MuscleUp collects minimal data necessary for the service:

• Email address for authentication
• Workout data (muscle groups trained, timestamps)
• Body measurements (optional, user-provided)

Data Storage

Data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted in the EU (Hetzner, Germany). We use strict access control to ensure data isolation between users.

Third-Party Services

• Resend (email delivery)
• Hetzner (hosting, EU)
• Sentry (error tracking)

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data by contacting [email protected].
